Is my company file safe while you're working on it?
Yes. Your file is only ever handled by our small team directly, kept in a private working folder for the length of the project, and deleted from our systems once you've confirmed everything's correct.
What if the file turns out to be unrecoverable?
We do a quick initial look before starting paid work. If the damage is beyond repair we'll tell you upfront, and if that only turns up after work has started, you get a refund for anything that couldn't be completed.
Which QuickBooks editions do you work with?
QuickBooks Desktop — Pro, Premier, and Enterprise — across US, Canadian, UK, and Australian editions. If you're on QuickBooks Online and unsure whether your issue applies, just ask before booking.
