How long delivery takes, what it costs, and where we currently ship.
Order processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our UK facility. Processing time is separate from delivery time — it's the time we need to prepare your order before it's handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery
Orders are estimated to arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weekends, public holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control. The exact shipping cost and available delivery option will be shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, order weight, and chosen delivery option. The full cost is shown before you complete your purchase at checkout — nothing is added afterward.

We currently ship to: the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and countries within the European Union.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders outside the UK, shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means the displayed price at checkout does not include customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees charged by their local customs authority upon arrival.

Delays outside our control
Occasionally delivery is delayed by things neither we nor the carrier can control — severe weather, customs inspections, courier disruptions, and similar events. If this affects your order we'll do what we can to keep you updated.
