How to check the status of your order.
How to track your order
Go to our Track Your Order page and enter your Order ID along with the billing email address you used at checkout. Your Order ID is on your receipt and in your order confirmation email. The page will show the current status of your order.
If tracking isn't updating
Tracking information can take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch, and carriers occasionally have gaps in scanning updates. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your Order ID — the number you need on the Track Your Order page — is on your receipt and in your order confirmation email. Where a carrier tracking number applies to your parcel, we email it to you once the order has been dispatched. If your order has shipped and you have not received one, email us with your order number and we will pass it on.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
Check with neighbors and any safe-place delivery notes first, then contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.
